The berry itself might help you to lose weight, however, all of the products out there that claim to be acai berry ‘miracle’ weight loss products are actually just pills or drinks or whatever else they market that is actually a part of a colon cleansing concoction. By cleansing your colon, that can help you lose a few pounds but it’s all water weight, which means all the weight will come back quickly.

The best way to lose weight is by NOT taking supplements and drugs, but rather, by watching what you eat and working out.
